1 Terms & Conditions
Businesses must provide accurate information and may register only businesses they are authorized to represent. Fake reviews, misleading promotions, illegal activity, spam or abuse of the platform are prohibited. ADMEB may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
2 Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, manipulate ratings, misuse coupons or interfere with platform operations. ADMEB may investigate suspected misuse.
3 Merchant Responsibilities
Each business is responsible for the accuracy of its profile, pricing, products, offers and rewards. Businesses must honor published offers within their stated terms.
4 Review & Reward Policy
ADMEB facilitates review collection and reward distribution workflows. Rewards are offered by participating businesses. ADMEB is not responsible for reward fulfilment, product quality or merchant performance unless expressly stated.
5 Subscription & Pricing
Services are subscription based. Prices displayed on the official pricing page apply unless a written agreement states otherwise. GST and applicable taxes are charged separately where required. Add-on packs are available according to the published pricing.
6 Multi QR & Digital Business Profile
Businesses may create multiple QR codes depending on their subscription. Public business profiles, landing pages and QR destinations are managed by the business. ADMEB reserves the right to remove content violating these terms.
7 Intellectual Property
ADMEB software, branding, documentation, workflows and technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Favmoc OPC Private Limited. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform during an active subscription.
8 Limitation of Liability
ADMEB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from business interruptions, third-party integrations or merchant disputes. Liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid for the affected service to the extent permitted by law.
9 Governing Law
These policies are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
ADMEB is owned and operated by Favmoc OPC Private Limited, incorporated under the laws of India.
